1. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the procedure for processing personal data of users and representatives of legal entities of the website www.lazorex.com, whose operator is RICO TECHNOLOGY SRL (hereinafter referred to as «Operator», «we»).

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 133/2011 on personal data protection and other applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Personal data is processed in good faith, on legitimate grounds, by mixed methods (automatic and manual), in compliance with the requirements of security, confidentiality and the rights of personal data subjects.

2. What data we collect

The Operator collects and processes personal data that the user and/or representative of a legal entity voluntarily provides when using the website and/or mobile application, including when placing an order, registration, contacting the support service and other interaction with the Operator, namely:

• delivery address and/or mailing address;
• other contact information necessary for fulfillment of obligations.

Additionally, when you visit the site and use the app, technical data may be automatically collected, including:

The personal data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• interaction with users and counterparty representatives on cooperation, orders and deliveries;

• fulfillment of contractual obligations;

• informing you about important changes and, with separate consent, about news and special offers.

Any information provided by users and representatives of legal entities shall be considered as an expression of consent to the processing of personal data by the Operator for the specified purposes, to the extent that such consent is required by applicable law.

Including the use of web analytics services, hosting and payment systems, personal data may be transferred to servers located outside the Republic of Moldova, provided that the requirements of the legislation on personal data protection are met.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

The Operator does not sell or exchange personal data of users and/or legal entity representatives with third parties.

at the request of authorized state bodies, courts and other bodies entitled to request such data in accordance with the law;

to the Operator's partners and contractors (delivery services, hosting providers, payment services, etc.) - to the extent necessary solely for the performance of their functions (e.g. order delivery), provided that they comply with confidentiality and data protection requirements.

In all cases, the amount of data to be transmitted is limited to the required minimum.

Personal data may be used by the Operator in anonymized and aggregated form for statistical and analytical purposes.

5. Protection of personal data

The Operator shall take organizational and technical measures to protect personal data of users and/or representatives of a legal entity from:

• unauthorized access;
• loss, destruction, distortion or falsification;
• disclosure to third parties without legal grounds.

The Operator's employees having access to personal data are obliged to observe confidentiality and use the data only for official purposes necessary for fulfillment of their official duties. Personal data processing is performed by the Operator's authorized persons.

The operator utilizes safety methods and technologies in accordance with applicable laws and technical capabilities.

Operator does not collect and does not keep payment card data (card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV, etc.). Payment information processing is performed on the side of payment systems and banks using their own secure systems.

6. Rights of personal data subjects

The subject of personal data (user and/or representative of a legal entity) has the right, in the manner prescribed by law:

• obtain confirmation of the processing of his/her personal data and access to this data;
• request correction (correction) of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request the termination of the processing and/or deletion of data in cases provided for by law;
• withdraw consent to data processing (if the processing is based on consent), without retroactive effect in relation to processing already carried out.

7. Retention period of personal data

Users' personal data shall be stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes specified in this Policy, as well as within the timeframes established by applicable law.

After the data are no longer necessary for their use, they shall be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by law.

8. Policy change

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version is posted on the website www.lazorex.com.

Continued use of the website and/or the app after the changes have been made means that the user agrees to the updated edition.
