Terms of sale, delivery, return and warranty service of LAZOREX equipment (B2B)

This document regulates the procedure of sale, delivery, return, warranty service and use of the equipment LAZOREX, sold by the company RICO TECHNOLOGY SRL, and applies exclusively for professional users.

1. general provisions

1.1 LAZOREX equipment is professional measuring equipment, intended for use in commercial and professional activities.

1.2 The sale of equipment is carried out by exclusively within the framework of B2B relationships - legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, self-employed and other persons purchasing equipment for professional purposes.

1.3 Equipment is not intended for personal, household or consumer use.

1.4 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that:

  • Purchases equipment for professional activities;

  • has the necessary knowledge and skills to operate professional measuring equipment.

1.5 Consumer Protection Legislation not applicable to the relationship between Seller and Buyer under these Terms and Conditions.

Buyer - a legal entity or an individual who performs professional activities and purchases LAZOREX equipment for use in such activities.

3. order placement and payment

3.1 The order is placed via the website www.lazorex.com or in any other manner agreed with the Seller.

3.2 The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate contact and payment details.

3.3 All orders are subject to 100% prepaid, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.

3.4 The moment of conclusion of the contract shall be deemed to be the receipt of payment to the Seller's account or confirmation of successful online payment.

3.5 All commissions of banks and payment systems, including international transfers and currency conversion, shall be borne by the Buyer.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery is carried out through the delivery service Nova Poshta or other agreed-upon service.

4.2 The cost of delivery shall be paid by the Buyer and may vary depending on the delivery service rates.

4.3 After the goods have been handed over to the delivery service, the Buyer shall be provided with a tracking number for tracking the shipment.

4.4 The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the equipment passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the delivery service.

4.5 Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and completeness of the goods In the presence of a courier or a branch staff member.

4.6 In case of damage to packaging or inconsistency of completeness, the Buyer is obliged to draw up a report together with a representative of the delivery service. Claims without the corresponding act may not be accepted.

4.7 In case of delay, damage or loss of goods due to the fault of the delivery service, the Buyer is entitled to file a claim directly to the delivery service. The Seller shall provide reasonable assistance in resolving the situation.

4.8 One order can only be delivered to one address.

4.9 The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure of delivery caused by the Buyer providing false or incomplete data.

5. Return and exchange of equipment

5.1 Return of equipment of proper quality is not carried out.

5.2 Return or exchange is possible exclusively In the case of:

  • of a confirmed manufacturing defect;

  • non-compliance of the delivered equipment with the order.

5.3 To submit an application, the Buyer must:

  • contact the Seller via website, Telegram-bot or by phone +373 76 50 57 57;

  • enter the order number or serial number of the device;

  • Provide photos or video if necessary.

5.4 The application shall be considered within the period until 5 working days.

5.5 The Buyer shall bear the costs of delivery of the equipment to the diagnostics and back, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

6. Warranty service

6.1 LAZOREX equipment is provided with limited professional warranty deadline 12 months from the date of sale specified in the documents.

6.2 The warranty applies to:

  • manufacturing defects in materials and assembly.

6.3 Warranty does not apply for malfunctions resulting from:

  • mechanical damage (shocks, falls, vibrations);

  • ingress of moisture, dust, aggressive substances;

  • use of chargers with a current of more than 1 A;

  • tampering with the design or firmware;

  • misuse of the equipment;

  • violations of operating conditions.

6.4 The Buyer shall pay for delivery of the equipment to the service center and back, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

Operating conditions

In order to maintain the warranty, Buyer shall:

  • use the equipment only in dry conditions;

  • Observe a temperature range of +5 °C to +40 °C;

  • avoid sudden changes in temperature;

  • fix the instrument on a stable tripod;

  • only charge the device with the 5 V / 1 A adapter;

  • avoid drops, shocks, moisture and dust;

  • do not disassemble the device or tamper with the firmware;

  • and comply with the requirements set out in the operating instructions and the instructions for using the mobile application.

Failure to comply with the operating conditions voids the right to warranty service.

8. Use with the mobile application

8.1 LAZOREX equipment functions only in conjunction with the mobile application.

8.2 The Seller is not responsible for failures caused by incompatibility of the user's device, OS settings or actions of third-party applications.

9. Liability of the parties

9.1 LAZOREX is an instrument. The Buyer is fully responsible for the interpretation of measurement results and design decisions.

9.2 The Seller shall not be liable for consequential damages, lost profits or consequences of the use of the equipment.

9.3 Seller's liability cannot exceed the value of the equipment.

9.4 The Seller shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure.

10. Settlement of disputes

10.1 Disputes shall be settled by negotiation.

10.2 In case of impossibility of settlement, the dispute shall be examined in a court of the Republic of Moldova.

11. Final provisions

11.1 This document is a public offer.

11.2 The current version is published on the website www.lazorex.com.

11.3 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms full agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
